Linocut for Beginners workshop with Nick Morley
Sunday 9th October 2.30 – 5.30pm
£15/£10 concessions
Learn how to design, carve and print your very own linocut. You will learn about tools, cutting techniques, inking up and printing your block (one colour). Suitable for age 14 and over.
Linocut flickbook workshop with Nick Morley
Saturday 15th October 10am – 4pm
£25/£15 concessions
Design, carve and print a simple animated flickbook using linocut. Learn how to cut lino and print a series of prints from one or two which will then be put together into a simple flickbook. See your prints come to life! Suitable for age 14 and over.
No previous experience required for either workshop. Tools and materials will be provided.
Both classes take place in the Pie Factory Pop-Up Shop, 7 Broad St, Margate, Kent. Map
