Linocut featured in Design Week magazine

The current issue of Design Week contains a lovely full-page spread featuring the work of members of East London Printmakers. Emily Pacey has written the article, which is a preview piece about our upcoming exhibition entitled “13”. I am very happy to have my linocut of a Dodo with a yoyo featured so prominently.

Also featured is Steve Edwards‘ linocut ‘3 Kings’ which I have been admiring in the studio. Steve uses multiple blocks of lino which he etches and cuts and inks up in colours I would never dare to use!
