KALEID 2012 Artists Book Fair and Exhibition takes place in London next Saturday, 21st July. I am delighted to have been selected for the exhibition and will be showing my brand new book Onomatopinocchio, which I made on a recent residency in Italy. Onomatopinocchio is printed using a combination of linocut and letterpress and explores the relationship between text and image in an experimental and playful way.
KALEID 2012 will feature 100 books by 40 artists selected from all over Europe. This curated exhibition and book fair showcases the best artists’ books to an international audience, to attract private and public special collections and to establish a networking event for creative practitioners.
I’m also running a two day linocut workshop to coincide with the event. Unfortunately this is now fully booked but if you are interested in other workshops keep an eye on my workshops page or sign up to my mailing list.
